Introducing IVY Alumni: A Network for IVYs and by IVYs

Have you ever felt that your interest for territorial cooperation did not end with your volunteering experience and you wanted to remain involved? Would you like to have a new way to connect, a space to share ideas, opportunities and news about territorial cooperation, or a chance to continue to be part of the IVY Community? Well, we’ve got exciting news for you!

IVY Alumni is here, and it’s all about staying connected, building bridges, fostering discussions, and creating opportunities. Launched on the 9th July by the Secretary General of the Association of European Border Regions, Martin Guillermo-Ramirez, it is a network to be built collaboratively.

What is IVY Alumni? IVY Alumni will be a network designed exclusively for all current and former IVY volunteers. It’s a space where you can connect with fellow IVYs, share insights, and collaborate on meaningful projects. Our goal? To provide continuity beyond the volunteering months and capitalise on the skills and knowledge gained during your volunteering. Whether you are/were a Project Partner or a Reporter, IVY Alumni is your hub for ongoing engagement.

Why Join IVY Alumni? Imagine connecting with current and former IVYs from different corners of the world. Share stories, exchange ideas, discuss academic texts, find like-minded individuals who share your passion, give tips about the city you were deployed to, jointly writing about territorial cooperation – those are all possibilities for the IVY Alumni!
