The volunteer will support the Interreg project “MoreAdaptBSB”, under the Interreg Programme “INTERREG NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme”.

The objective of the Interreg project “MoreAdaptBSB” is promotes transnational cooperation to enhance climate adaptability through nature-based solutions and remote sensing. It fosters knowledge exchange among stakeholders and supports the restoration of urban and coastal green spaces. Key outputs include a climate vulnerability visualization tool, an adaptation plan, a catalogue of restoration measures, and the revitalization of 60 dka of green spaces in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine. The project also facilitates three knowledge exchange groups and a Living Lab.

The volunteer will primarily assist with managing and creating content for the MoreAdapt project’s social media channels, including:

Creating and Scheduling Social Media Posts – Develop engaging content to promote the project’s activities, events, and progress, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and messaging.Design visually appealing posts (using tools like Canva or similar platforms) to share updates, research findings, and other relevant information.
Engaging with Online Audiences – Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering community interaction and promoting awareness of the project’s work.Track engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of posts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Promoting Events and Activities – Assist in creating posts for upcoming events such as workshops, conferences, or awareness campaigns, ensuring they reach the appropriate audience.

Thus, TRANSFIRESAUDE is commited to strenghtening the integration of the Euroregional health research and innovation ecosystem for the join development of actions focused on the adoption of innovative solutions, especially in the framework of AI, to address the challenges related to active and healtahy aging (EAS) and personalized medicine (PM), preferably in the primary care environment.

The volunteer will support the Interreg project “ENERGIE – Empowering New Energies and Resources in Greece Italy arEa”, under the Programme Interreg Greece – Italy.

The objective of the Interreg project “ENERGIE ” is to promote the regeneration of polluted and neglected areas in Brindisi (IT), Matera (IT), and Aigialeia (GR) through the co-design of sustainable solutions by international talents under 35 and local stakeholders, making them more sustainable, livable, and attractive places to live and work.

The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:

• Support communication and dissemination, with a focus on implementing the Communication Plan of the ENERGIE project. Working alongside the Communication Manager and the wider team, the volunteer will contribute to storytelling, project visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drafting and editing newsletters and blog posts on project milestones and activities;
• Supporting the management of social media content;
• Creating multimedia materials and promotional content for digital platforms and events;
• Contributing to the coverage of project events;
• Conducting or supporting interviews and transforming them into storytelling outputs;
• Exploring creative tools and innovative communication formats based on the volunteer’s interests and competencies, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the project team.

IVY Reporter for the Interreg Programme “Alpine Space”

Support cooperation in the Alpine region.

The Joint Secretariat Interreg Alpine Space is looking for an IVY volunteer!

The volunteer will support the Programme “2021 – 2027 Interreg VI-B Alpine Space”, which co-finances and supports cooperation projects across the borders of seven Alpine countries, tackling common challenges and improving the quality of life of the 80 million inhabitants of the Alpine region.

The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities:

Organisation, participation and post-processing of meetings

• Internal meetings, such as programme committee and Managing Authority (MA), Joint Secretariat (JS) and Alpine Space Contact Points (ACP) meetings.
• Training and networking events, such as project communication training, as well as other events (planning, roll-out and post-processing).
• Support in the strategy and development of programme events and event cycles.
• Further programme meetings and/or conferences of co-financed projects, as required.

Support for the implementation of the programme 2021-2027

• Assistance in the development of activities aimed at strengthening relations among projects, the programme EUSALP and the Alpine Convention.
• Assistance for the development of the cooperation with EUSALP Youth Council, and further development of the link with the Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) network.
• Further tasks as assigned by the JS head (ie, analysis of results of communications activities, expansion of the programme´s communication output in specific areas).

Support for the promotion of the programme and its projects

• Drafting articles and the newsletter, updating the project & output library and the knowledge library.
• Check and sort project outputs, programme publications and literature, including archived materials.
• Website maintenance (WordPress).
• Social media: drafting posts, publication.
• Photo documentation during events.

Support for the development of communication tools and valorisation of the archives

• Videos, ad-hoc trainings, or any other formats for projects.
• Support in the reinforcement of the programme’s visual identity by developing templates and guidelines.
• Organise the archive and record the different elements.

The objective of the Interreg project “CHORAL” is to increase accessibility to cultural heritage for all. This accessibility is defined in the context of both physical and digital access to cultural heritage sites that are not well connected to the city transport networks or which might have inherent accessibility issues.

• Identifying and promoting cultural heritage sites with accessibility challenges;

The volunteer will support the Interreg projects  “ALCOTRAITÉ” and “ALCOTRAITÉ 2 TRASPORTI” under the Programme “Interreg France – Italia ALCOTRA”.

The objective of the Interreg project “ALCOTRAITÉ” is to address key issues related to the Quirinal Treaty, signed in 2021 between Italy and France, and to identify obstacles to cooperation between cross-border territories.

The objective of the Interreg project “ALCOTRAITÉ 2 TRASPORTI” is to establish long-term coordination of interregional transport to improve cross-border mobility and thereby enhance the quality of life for citizens in the ALCOTRA area.

The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities and tasks:

• Preparing communication material on the results of the Alcotraité project;
• Supporting the MOT team in the transition between Alcotraité and Alcotraité 2 Trasporti;
• Supporting the creation and updating of the Alcotraité 2 Trasporti website (writing content, collecting information, etc.);

IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project “Italy-FVG-TA4”

Support cooperation between Italy and Slovenia

The Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia is looking for an IVY volunteer!

The volunteer will support the Interreg project “Technical assistance project to support the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia structures – Italy-FVG-TA4 2021-2027″, under the Interreg Programme “Italy-Slovenia”.

The project aims at ensuring the efficient management and implementation of the Programme by supporting the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia in guiding beneficiaries from its territory in properly managing projects, also part funded by the Interreg Italy-Slovenia programme.

The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities and tasks:

• Support Interreg Italy-Slovenia projects impacting the Friuli Venezia Giulia region by advising beneficiaries on how to correctly comply with the Visibility rules of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia programme;
• Assist the Italy-FVG-TA4 project team in managing media relations and public affairs within the region, responding to inquiries from the general public, journalists, institutions, and other stakeholders regarding the Region’s role in Interreg;
• Support the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia, as a member of the Programme Monitoring Committee, by helping to inform the public and media about the current status and developments of the Programme;
• Actively engage with beneficiaries located in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region by participating in communication activities and initiatives aimed at making Interreg funds more accessible to diverse audiences;
• Assist project staff in developing tutorials for FVG beneficiaries on Programme Visual Identity rules;
• Contribute to the cross-border Communication Working Group established by the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia programme. This group consists of Italian and Slovenian members who exchange information on communication progress and future plans;
• Support the project team in maintaining and updating the EUROPA-FVG website (https://europa.regione.fvg.it/it) and the keep.eu platform (for FVG beneficiaries only). The EUROPA-FVG website is one of the official communication tools created by the FVG Region to disseminate information on the added value of the European Union. The Italy-FVG-TA4 staff periodically updates the sections of the website related to Interreg Italy-Slovenia activities.
