Calling all current and former IVY Volunteers – Launch of the Consultation on the Future of Interreg

02 July 2024

This year, the European Commission’s DG REGIO has invited all Interreg programmes to consult their stakeholders and citizens, in order to collect feedback and ideas for the future of Territorial Cooperation.

To draw on the visions of young people, the community of former and current IVY Volunteers is asked to contribute to the consultation, which will be the base for the new regulation of Interreg, set to take effect in 2027.

IVY volunteers already play an important role in this context – many volunteers are already deployed to support Interreg Programmes with their consultations – they are the young people connected by a strong passion and interest for Interreg,  they are those that have a good understanding of Territorial Cooperation and that are eager to contribute to it with their fresh ideas and creativity.

For all this reasons, it is now fundamental that IVY volunteers share their inputs in the consultation launched for all current and former IVY Volunteer.

If you are a current or former IVY volunteer and you would like to participate, fill in the survey by 9 September 2024: EUSurvey – Survey (europa.eu)
