“Destinazione Futuro: Verso l’inclusione sociale grazie ad un’economia sostenibile”

10 October 2022 – Rome, Italy and Online On Monday 10 October, the Citizens Engagement Activity “๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐๐ณ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐จ: ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ ๐ฅ’๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ง’๐๐๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐” took place in Rome, Italy and online. The event, organized by Brunilda, had the goal of showcasing how the EU Cohesion Policy supports labour inclusion for youths and how it provides opportunities for vocational training in agri-food and waste management. Young people were invited to take part in the event, sharing ideas with experts and meeting innovative enterprises, discovering opportunities unleashed by the Interreg Project MYSEA and future training courses which will soon take place. This CEA was structured in two sessions: From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Conference on the possibilities offered by Green economies in the Lazio region: innovative experiences, training paths and active labor policies in the framework of European cohesion – Also accessible online From 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Guided tour with local food tasting at Cooperativa Agricola Coraggio, Centro agricolo Borghetto San Carlo, via Cassia 1420 – 00123, Rome.
COPO-DAY ECDAY

This activity has adressed young people living in insular areas. The event ยซ COPO-DAY ECDAY ยป has focused on Cohesion Policy and informed young people about it. Our IVY Reporter of the Interreg Greece-Cyprus programme have inform local youth of Sitia, Crete about Cohesion Policy and made them discover every aspect of Interreg projects which take part on Sitia. Four Interreg Greece-Cyprus project have been presented during the exchange to showcase the impact locally of European Regional Development Funds and the European Territorial Cooperation. They have shared informative flyers and questionnaires with the participants, and during the celebration of the European Cooperation Day, answered questions and discuss the concerns of their audience about cohesion policy.

REGALNICA – Obtaining distribution data on European green tree frog with the help of citizen science and the involvement of the local people and youth

Regalnica was a two-day-long event with over 50 participants. The event’s main objectives were to inform the participants about the cohesion policy and gather data about the European tree frog (Hyla arborea) with the help of citizen science.
