Interreg Project Partner at Foundation New Music-Impulses Schleswig-Holstein 

Eutin, Germany

The volunteer will support the Interreg project "KREATIV LAB – Digital Soundscapes ", that  is an initiative to improve the music education at German and Danish schools. It engages pupils in the age of 12 – 18 to use digital instruments to compose own music in a workshop series, which will be performed by the pupils live on stage together with professional musicians. 

In particular the volunteer will carry out the following activities and tasks:

  • Support with public relations, communications and social media;

  • Support in the preparation and implementation of events;

  • Support educators in order to convey the contents in the workshops to pupils - music education.

Interreg Reporter at Joint Secretariat Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland

Antwerpen, Belgium

The volunteer will support the Interreg program Vlaanderen-Nederland  that focused on strengthening the border region through innovation, sustainable energy, the environment and promoting labor mobility.

The volunteer will carry out the following activities and tasks:

  • Support to bring projects and its results to the attention through the website and social media channels by fully playing out the role as an Interreg reporter through articles, interviews, videos, photo reports, blogs... 

  • Support organizational and/or logistic for our annual event. In addition, the volunteer can also report about the event through a blog, images and video and place it on the website and social media channels of the program;

  • Involvement in actions around European year of youth (EVY). When organizing a road trip, the volunteer can go on the road with the other participants, write a daily blog and/or make videos.

Note: We are looking for a reporter who can report in Dutch, but who has a notion of English.

Interreg Project Partner at Parc naturel regional des Vosges du Nord - SYCOPARC

La Petite-Pierre, France

The volunteer will support the Interreg project "Endangered Animal Species. The project aims to develop concrete protection measures and to increase the number of breeding facilities for the reintroduction of the threatened species. It also aims at increasing public awarness about the protection of these species and ensure their long-term preservation.

The volunteer will carry out the following activities and tasks:

  • Organise mediation and awareness-raising actions in favour of the citizens of the cross-border biosphere

  • Organise school projects in the Vosges du Nord area (contacts with schools, environmental education associations and the local authorities concerned).

  • Preparing and planning film-debates for the general public and other public events

In order to promote exchanges for the cross-border population, some events will be bilingual. 

  • Assist each project officer in the preservation actions for each endangered species on the field

Interreg Reporter at Norfolk County Council

The volunteer will support the Interreg Programme France (Channel) England, that aims aimed at driving innovation, protecting and enhancing the natural and cultural heritage and promoting the uptake of low carbon technologies.

in particular the volunteer will carry out the following activities and tasks:

  • Support the update of the Programme website;

  • Draft news articles for the Programme website;

  • Support the preparation of the Programme newsletter;

  • Plan, draft and schedule content for social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter);

  • Produce visually engaging content for social media channels (using graphic design tool CANVA).

6 months, starting from June

Interreg Project Partner at Working Community of the Pyrenees (CTP)

Jaca, Spain

The volunteer will support the Interreg SUDOE Project "MONTCLIMA". Mountain areas are among the territories most affected by natural hazards and these risks are expected to increase due to the effects of climate change (more severe droughts, higher average temperatures, and changes in the rainfall patterns). These risks do not respect administrative limits (for example, fires that cross borders in continuous forest areas) and need transnational coordination. 

The MONTCLIMA project will develop the first transnational strategic framework for prevention and management of natural hazards in mountain areas for the SUDOE territory. 

The volunteer will carry out the following activities and tasks:

  •  Contributions to social networks 

  • Assistance on the organisation of events within the project framework 

  • Updating of the website of the projet 

  • Graphic desing of brochures and communication elements 

  • Translation of documents 

  • Writing news for de website 

  • Contributions to the newsletter 

  • Supporting the MONTCLIMA coordination meetings and Seminaries as part of the OPCC team 

  • Contribution in review processes and dissemination of technical paper and documents concerning clima-risk and adaptation issues.

Interreg Project Partner at Métropole de Nice

Nice, France

The volunteer will support the Interreg Project "PROSOL Femmes" that aims to develop and teset socio-sanitary service in particular for the female public in the rural and mountains area of the border between France and Italy.

The volunteer will mainly support the implementation of the project, the volunteer will be involved in the other projects of the Integrated Thematic Plan PROSOL :

  • Communication activities to promote the results of the projects and actions,

  • Participation in the organization of the closing event,

  • Lobbying activities to promote equlity between genders,

  • Reporting on the actions and results of the project,

  • Participate at meetings and events in person or virtually in the border regions;

  • Support organizing meetings among project partners and prepare the minutes, exchanging with colleagues;

  • Contribute to disseminate the strategy of the PROSOL projects.

6 months, starting as soon as possible

Interreg Project Partner at Parc national du Mercantour

Nice, France

The volunteer will support the Interreg Project "ALPIMED PATRIM", that aims to identify and promote the "Mediterraneas Alps" destination as an exceptional area for its placement between sea and mountains and for its unique natual and cultural heritage. 

The volunteer will mainly support the outputs of the project, working on the renewal of the "European Charter for the Sustainable Tourism", in particular she/he will support the following actions:

  •  Evaluation of the action plan 2017-2022

  • Filling the reevaluation application;

  • Work at 2 action plans, one for Italy and one for France, for the implementation of the strategy, with a strong trans-boundary dimension;

  • Participate at meetings in person or virtually with the French and Italian colleagues in the 2 perimeters of the parks;

  • Support organizing meetings among project partners and prepare the minutes, exchanging with colleagues;

  • Participate to project's activities such as workshop on tourism, communicaiton activities (social media strategy) and meetings if appropriate.
