Interreg Reporter at Interreg Flanders-The Netherlands

Antwerp, Belgium

The Interreg Programme Flanders-The Netherlands has four priority axes in his activities: innovation, sustainable energy, environment and resources and labor mobility. The volunteer will support the programme with communication activities. 

 

In particular, the volunteer will:

  • support a promotion campaign to report on the results gained from projects;

  • support an awareness campaign for project/programme partners;

  • report on events through text, images and video and place it on the website and social media;

  • attend communication meetings with the programme’s partners;

Interreg Project Partner at Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo

Sevilla, Spain

The volunteers would be involved in the follow-up of the project INTREPIDA +

 

In particular, the volunteer will:

  • be in direct contact with the person responsible for the project, as well as the rest of the team from the staff that will have any kind of relation with the project itself.

  • He/She will collaborate putting in contact women entrepreneurs from Spain and Portugal, looking for information through different blogs related to entrepreneurship.

  • He/she will help in the preparation of other actividades to be developed in the project 

  • The volunteer will be encouraged to look for companies in Spain and Portugal that offer the possibility to be visited.

  • Dissemination. In order to make citizens aware about the support that the EU offers through the different programs to citizens

  • It would be valuable if the volunteers understand or speak Portuguese

Interreg Project Partner at Foundation for Landscape Protection

Jelenia Góra, Poland

The volunteer will be involved in the Interreg project “Excellence for integrated heritage management in central Europe (ForHeritage)”, that aims to promote knowledge and best practices in heritage management with a focus on engaging communities, mobilise funding and developing capacities.

 

The volunteer is supposed to give a fresh perspective and support the dissemination of the ForHeritage project and its outputs related to integrated heritage management.  

In particular, the volunteer will be involved in the following activities and tasks:

  • contribution to communication activities: preparing news for the website, posts for the fan page on facebook; 

  • writing press releases and be in contact with media; 

  • co-designing new communication measures to promote the ForHeritage project and its outputs (e.g. support in the preparation of video recordings of interviews with project partners and stakeholders); 

  • preparing guidelines for project partners that would help them to promote the ForHeritage project; 

  • communicating with project partners presenting innovative measures for communication in the ForHeritage project; 

  • participation in partner meetings under ForHeritage projects (online partner meetings and 1-2 physical meetings in case there are no COVID restrictions) 

  • identifying institutions and projects dealing with topics covered by ForHeritage project; 

  • identifying events, webinars and conferences, where ForHeritage project could be presented; 

  • collect good practices in communication strategies used by projects and institutions dealing with cultural heritage (social media, video, organisation of online events, etc.) 

  • research for financing opportunities for future projects related to cultural heritage

Interreg Project Partner at GTC Euroregion Nouvelle-Aquitaine Euskadi Navarre

Hendaye, France

The volunteer will support the Interreg projects "Forma NAEN", "​COMPET’plus" and "TRANSFERMUGA-RREKIN" , that aim to develop a cross-border apprenticeship & training offer that adapts to the needs and realities of the border, to boost the entrepreneurial competitiveness and innovation of SMEs by measuring cross-border economic flows and to consolidate cross-border intermodal transport by designing tools improving passenger information, the development of services and the refurbishment of infrastructures that favor intermodality.

 

In particular, the volunteer will carry out communication tasks as following:​

  • Undertake communication activities (newsletter, website management, social media accounts etc)

  • Support the team with various creative tasks (writing and editing of texts, research, content management and development, layouts, design & analysis of surveys etc.)

  • Assist in the organization of events, workshops and press conferences related to the projects

  • Support the capitalisation of the projects.

Interreg Project Partner at CENTRO ESPAÑOL DE LOGÍSTICA

Coslada, Spain

The volunteer will support the Interreg project "Development of a Transnational Network of Centers Demonstration of Videogame Technologies and Gamification applied to the digital transformation of SMEs in the priority economic sectors of SUDOE - GAMELABSNET", that aims to promote the digital transformation of companies through a Network of Videogame Technology Demonstration Centers and gamification.

 

In particular, the volunteer will carry out the following activities and tasks:​

  • Provide new ideas and proposals to the project development.

  • Help with the organization of events (congress, forums, seminars, meetings…).

  • Assist the team in project management tasks related to the implementation of the project.

  • Support the communication of the project (materials, social media, blogs, articles…)

  • Get involved in the promotion and dissemination of the project.

  • Contribute in the preparation of reports.

6 months, starting in October
